Day 1

So I am start fay 1 today. I had great success the last time I went Paleo. I lost about 10 - 12#’s but more importantly leaned out. I slowly went back to eating pasta, grains and dairy and I feel bloated and awful. The key I remembered to being successful was making sure to have the right foods on hand. So this am I went to the store. I made some granola, energy bites and roasted veggies and chicken. Fingers crossed!!!
