Week one of paleo

A paleo noob here. Just curious on when you started seeing loss in fat/weight and started to feel muscle gains actively while working out? I know it’s a subjective question but it’s good info to know.

P.S: I’ve had 2 cheat meals suggested by my trainer and 4 meals a day. I haven’t lost any weight (I transitioned from intermittent fasting to paleo)
