What's the counterargument to the "Greenland Mummies had heart disease" point?

I have seen it stated many times in pro-plant videos/subreddits and in mainstream medias that 500 years-old mummies found in Greenland had artherosclerosis and osteoporosis. These mummies are from a region where diet was almost exclusively meat.Cf https://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/2019/01/evidence-of-atherosclerosis-found-in-16th-century-mummies-from-greenland/Usually I find counterarguments pretty easily to the Cholesterol/Cancer/etc points on this subreddit but had a hard time finding one for these findings. Thoughts?
