Anxiety gone and improvements to mental health

Day 9 into the diet.​No more anxiety and no negative thoughts that stick around and create more negativity and ruin the day.​Did anyone else with mental issues experience the same? I thought I was just an anxious person, but it seems like my gut was to blame for a lot of it. I did not expect this change at all. I am not saying that I am cured of all mental issues, but there has been a huge improvement.​It’s so strange that cutting out vegetables and other foods can have this effect. It really doesn’t make much sense to me.​​
