[Question] AIP and rice?
I’ve just recently started the AIP for my chronic fatigue syndrome, and was wondering if rice would be okay for me to eat? I tend not to have a reaction to it and it is a large part of my diet. (asian) I know rice is not paleo, but since I’ve been eating it since birth very frequently and it is a deep part of my ancestry, would it affect the outcome of the diet if I still followed the rest of the protocol to the T?
