Spices?

What do you guys use to season your meat? I love ketchup and eat a tad with every burger patty throughout the day (2 for each meal). Obviously it is adding up and I’m not getting all the benefits of the carnivore lifestyle- but i keep craving it and can’t find a good substitute.
