First month report

wow 1 month is already done. seems i really enjoy this.Last month are full of experiments like knowing how to cook ribeye, calculating my daily food needs, making burger patties, eating cheese and working with the only cast iron i have(ribbed cast iron)I have lost 4kg this month. this is without exercise except walking 5-10 mins from car park to the office and back. im 112kg when i started and now only 108kg. it looks underwhelming to me but to think i lost 4kg by not doing any exercise is a feat already. I wanted to lose more before march. around a bit higher than recommended weight for my age/height. we will see once ketosis kicks in. as i read here its around 4-6 weeksI did some cheat days. i ate crispy chicken skin which i know its breaded somehow so i took carbowhenever i eat patties, i somehow feel bored unlike when i eat ribeyes. i eat ribeyes in the morning and patties at night. i consume meat at around 700-900 grams a day. i try to experiment my patties by adding cheddar cheese inside the patty. yesterday i put mozzarella inside the patty. though OK but not “creamy” enough.im also looking for cheese to snack on. right now i have tried cheddar slices, akkawi, mozzarella and edam. as per google edam and mozzarella doesnt have carbo that’s why im trying it. also when i feel hungry, i snack on hard boiled eggs that i can just buy from a supermarket.Im also looking for meats other than ribeyes and ground chuck. was thinking tenderloin but i have to up the fat since its not that fatty compared to ribeye.Also wrapping your meats using a cling film worked wonders when storing it in the freezer.Havent told anyone yet about ZC as im expecting negative comments so i will just keep it shut until i reached my ideal weight.
