Paleo Jelly Recipe?

Anyone know if a recipe for making paleo/no added sugar jelly? Is that possible?
I love me a good PBJ. I got the paleo low carb bread, the organic peanut butter….but my jelly needs some work. If I’m lucky I find a 7g carb per tbsp but most are 13. I’m diabetic so this matters.
