[Question] Borderline high cholesterol
I’ve been on Paleo for 3 years now and after my physical the other day at the doctor’s office here is what they told me. Overall I’m happy, but what can I do about the cholesterol? I would say I’m 70/30 Paleo.
“The 10-year cardiovascular risk based on your readings is only 2%. No reason to start any preventative treatment.”
CHOLESTEROL Your Value 227 mg/dL Standard Range <200 mg/dL
LDL CHOLESTEROL Your Value 153 mg/dL Standard Range <130 mg/dL
