Costco vs. Trader Joe's for organic produce and grass fed meats?

I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth it to get a Costco membership. Costco is way closer to me than Trader Joe’s, but I’ve never shopped there and don’t know how organic they are. Plus, I don’t have a ton of freezer room to store huge quantities of meats. I’m only cooking for me, so I’m concerned about produce going bad too. Thoughts?
