What are your thoughts on carbs? Is there any danger of developing insulin resistance if I eat 50-85 grams per day (from fruit)?

For other macros, I aim for 2 g/kg protein, 150-200 g per day of saturated animal fat, so I am still doing a low carb approach.

I generally avoid ALL inflammatory foods (anything that is not meat or fruit).

What is your carb limits?
