Has anyone cured SIBO or stomach issues with paleo?

I’ve had SIBO for the last year and my life has been hell. I’ve done a bit of research that’s shown paleo and more specifically carnivore diets helping control SIBO and other stomach issues. My question is has anyone had any success? (I already have gluten intolerance)
