Is anyone doing no meat / low animal fats paleo ?
Guys hi,
I’ve been paleo close to 5 years now, eating mostly meats, seafood, veggies and a bit of fruits / tubers (never grains, vegetable oils, sugar, etc). I’ve never reacted good to pork, but lately i’ve noticed that even beef makes me a bit tired / heavy / worse digestion compared to chicken and seafood. Also i feel noticeable inflammation from rendered fats - tallow, lard, etc. Even big staple / favorite of mine beef marrow cause reaction if i eat more than a little of it.
Problem without meat / animal fats it’s hard to feel satisfied on paleo with just chicken/seafood.
So back to the title is anyone doing no meat / low animal fats paleo ? What are your staples / how do you feel satisfied / not hungry ?
p.s. I am not against animal foods, it’s just that lately i seem to react to them.
