Sharing the recipe for my 5-ingredient, SECRETLY HEALTHY chocolate pudding ๐๐ (no avocado or tofu included! ๐)
In this heat wave, all I’ve been craving is cool and creamy treats…which is how this #healthydessert - or breakfast! - was born. ๐ค It’s smooth and thick, packed with rich, chocolatey flavor and even contains a sneaky veggie: sweet potato! ๐
And to make this #veganpudding for yourself, all you need is:
✔️ ¾ cup baked sweet potato
✔️ ½ cup mashed banana (roughly 1 large banana)
✔️ ¼ cup cacao powder (I used @foodsalive)
✔️ ½ cup plant-based milk
✔️ ½ cup water
✔️ 1 TBSP coconut syrup or sweetener
✔️ Optional: 1 TBSP coconut flour
Making this pudding is as simple as cooking and cooling your sweet potato, and blending everything together. ๐ But you can find the complete instructions and pics on my blog!
