[Question] Good ways to cover the taste of collagen in shakes?
I do the autoimmune paleo (AIP) diet during pollen season, as it helps my symptoms a lot. Since I’m also keto, about the only way I can get enough calories is through collagen + olive oil protein shakes.
But… I don’t like the taste of collagen. I’ve been masking things somewhat with apple cider vinegar, but I was wondering what else you guys might recommend.
