Honestly, one of the best parts of this summer ☀️ has been having enough free time to actually ENJOY experimenting in the kitchen and doing some food photography again 😊! I’ve been craving cookies like crazzzzy lately, so I whipped up these bad boys! They aren’t perfect and I didn’t use exact measurements 🤷🏻‍♀️, but I basically threw together some @edwardandsons banana flour, @exploradomarket Leto baking mix, half a mashed banana 🍌, one vegan egg replacer from @bobsredmill, a lil’ baking powder and a chopped up dark chocolate bar from @lilys_sweets 🍫, and they turned out pretty dang tasty 😋!
