How do you make ribeyes for packed lunch?

I know ribeyes are good right after cooking but how about packing it for lunch to be eaten in the afternoon? any recipes?right now i eat baked chicken leg quarters that is covered with a powder mix: paprika/onion/garlic/pepper/salt/cayennei noticed that i fart a bit too much and my stomach growls as if there’s air in it. and i gained weight.. i was 105kg earlier now im back to 109.9kg. im afraid to go back to 122kg so i want to go back to red meats since this is how i lost weight at first
