Do you eat cold beef?

I’m looking to re-transition to carnivore after a foolish hiatus of several months. I’m a bit scared about the transition to just meat / just beef. I have occasionally found it unpalatable, or even nauseating. Part of this is the eating of cold beef that I perhaps roasted the day before. I’d like to know if other people eat cold beef, and how they handle unpalatability and food boredom early on in this diet.​Also what are people’s go-tos for adding fat to their meals? Just tallow? Is it nice?
