OMAD makes ZC a bit easier?

I’ll admit I’ve been doing IF and ZC half-assed for a while now. My IF “window” is about the 6-7 hours from lunch to dinner.Getting into OMAD makes you realize that you have to make that one meal (dinner) really count, especially if you’re someone like me lifting weights and always trying to gain. The big epiphany was walking through a supermarket and you suddenly realize how much our Western culture is sold around grazing and snacking. Most of the store is filled with things that you just don’t need for your once-per-day meal. This is where my occasional carbs were coming from: snacking and grazing during that IF window. When you only have one chance to eat all day, snacking and grazing, which is conducive to carbs, goes away. And the high protein/fatty foods that you fill yourself up on leave no room for any carbs either. ZC becomes a bit easier.
