Offal-y curious

For those of you who do organ meats do you have any sense of how they affect your well-being, satiety, etc.Any favorite choices and preparations would be welcome, too.I’ll start—just added two ounces of chopped calves liver to a big burger of a mix of ground beef and pork plus a chopped up piece of bacon. And an egg on top. Delicious and I feel satiated like never before, perfectly.
