Day 8

And I still fucking hate ground beef. ๐Ÿ˜›Everything else is going great! I feel energized and my appetite is mostly regulated. Whenever I get a craving for something that has carbs, I just eat meat and then usually feel better. Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing at all, though, and ride it out. I haven’t had any fish since I started so I’m going out for sushi tonight with a friend, sashimi here I come.AMA!
