Salmon Roe

I was looking into buying Salmon Roe for the cognitive nutritional benefits. Anyone here eat those things? Where do you source it from? Was searching for wild caught and found 2 really expensive, then this guy: https://www.lokifish.com/collections/flash-frozen-ikuraDidn’t find much else.Also, since the “skeins” are out of stock on the site I provided, the other two options are “cured in small batches with a light salt brine to enhance flavor and preserve quality.” Does anyone know whether the curing contains things I don’t want to be eating on ZC? Guessing some of you will be familiar with the Lokis fish as I found them through this subreddit
