Fell off the wagon.

Using the Holidays as an excuse I started eating carbs again and boy did I go to town. Gained 25 lbs and all the ailments I had before came back (Scalp folliculitis, brain fog, trouble getting up in the morning and other things).Started again 3 days ago (steak, chicken, eggs, bacon) and already lost a few lbs.Question is will it be as hard to adapt as the first time I did it? Or is my body already used to such a drastic change in diet. Thanks for reading.
