Advice needed

Ive had a real bad sugar tooth. Been trying to get rid of it for a while and it’s one of the main reasons why I eat zero carb . I always fall of the wagon and end up eating a bunch of carbage. I understand it’s a cycle I’m stuck in. I’m curious if anyone that has struggled with carbs has been able to break free and what helped them or anyone else that has any tips or advice so I can stay ZC and reach my goals. Thanks!
