So i want to try a month without fiber to see what happens.This as opposed to 40g fiber everyday from vegetables + seeds + bamboo fiber supplement.At the same time i just moved to the uk and made a list of cheap foods :cooking bacon tesco 1.14 / kgPork (87%), Water, Salt, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).191 calories / 100g raw. At least 1500 calories/kg cooked - ~0.8pounds / 1000 caloriesDo you think 500 calories of this daily is too much ? I don’t like that is has so many ingredients.Second thing : i found a deal on cheese and i can get it for2.5pounds/kg ( ~0.6pounds / 1000 calories )Could i eat cheese instead of meat as a large part of the diet ? ( 1500 calories daily ) ? This would be almost 4000mg calcium every day.
