Hey all! Long time lurker, first time poster. I am slowly transitioning into a fully carnivorous diet from a more flexible ketogenic diet. I just picked up some frozen beef liver from my local butcher shop… how should I cook this?! What’s your favorite way to eat liver? 🥩❤️
