Not a question, just an (life changing) observation

All I want to say is that it’s been over 3 weeks now, and never in my life, even on keto, have I ever had such control over myself… I find myself having NIL cravings for anything that would have had me going insane being on my mind.Pastries, fast food, sweets etc, I was a straight up whore for them thangs! And I’ve never had such an easy control over these foods, I can just brush them aside without a second thought, and just that in itself has given me a whole different appreciation for this practice..I don’t know how many people understand how freeing that is, especially when it seemed like it was never something I could overcome, but I have, and I continue to do.. and I’ve never been so god damn happy! Thanks for all the resources and help this forum has given! Much love to all! from Zero Carb Zebras http://bit.ly/2vnspWL via IFTTT

How do you guys cook up your mince?

Hey all, been on muscle steaks for a long time and have decided to start incorporating more mince into my diet. Do you guys just fry it up with some butter? How long would you recommend frying for? Had a quick goggle search but couldn’t find much in terms of fully cooking mince via frying, only browning. Thank you! from Zero Carb Zebras http://bit.ly/2Pxo5xv via IFTTT

My energy was still terrible, so I switched to PKD recommended ratios (about 2:1 fat:protein by gram, which means I am consuming far less protein now, maybe 70-140g per day), and that completely resolved my energy and mood issues, but it also increased the rate of bodyfat gain. I eat about 1.5-2.5 pounds of 2:1 (fat:protein by gram) ground beef per day. My strength in the gym has also gone down a considerable amount. I feel mentally much better, but everything about my body and performance would suggest that I’m doing something very wrong. I understand that for people with a history of restriction, some weigh...

I have parasites. What’s a carnivore way to get rid of them? Can I starve them out, should I take herbs? No antibiotics.
