Liverwurst Experience...

Hey All… I have had liver many times, and I just cannot handle it. I grin and bare it as I know its soooo good for me. So I was curious what does liverwurst taste like? Does it have that strong liver taste? I would order from US Wellness, but as Im sure you know, you have to have a certain order minimum and I would hate to waste money on it, if I cant handle it. Eating pattern / guilt over eating without being hunry

What is in your opinion the best eating pattern in order to have a healthy relationship with food and results to maintain over time? Throughout my life I have tried many different food protocols: eating 6 times a day, eating 3 times a day .. I have been doing intermittent fasting for quite some time. I’m not really hungry during the day and two meals are enough for me; the problem is sometimes that when I break the fast I do not feel satisfied, I am not hungry but I am not feel full! Of course I watch both my macros and total daily calories intake; I think this is the most decisive when it comes to maintaining weight. Sometimes i feel guilt when it comes to social eating. I think eating without hunger (and too soon) is a mistake and IF regime makes it kinda hard to stick with. I frequently ask myself wether meal timing is best than window eating! need a new nutrient dense carb

Hey, So, I’m not strictly paleo as much as I am strictly healthy. I’m currently on a diet that is efficient in as many regards as possible, just by intuitive self testing and what’s available in the shops. My daily 3x a day meal is: sweet potato chips fried in coconut oil 5% fat mince meat chill/curry/thing some steamed leek crunchy shallots for texture I’ll add an egg for breakfast and reduce the meat. I can vary all of it, and add coconut cream if I need more fat. I have banana bread (1.15 eggs per banana plus berries) for when I get snackish. Obviously I add sea salt to everything. But I need to replace the sweet potato chips with something denser. I get hungry again too quickly and the volume of food is too high for my liking. I’m thinking replacing it with rice mixed with some super foods. Any tips? My digestion is pretty sensitive. I’m not sure about quinoa or lentils. Maybe I always botch them when I try to make them… I haven’t had a problem with them when from

Upper limit for heme iron

The daily upper limit for iron is 45mg. Heme iron is better absorbed. Some say, that you absorb 5-10x more heme iron than non heme iron. Motivation? How can I start again?

I did paleo for 3 months while working out and I felt amazing physically and mentally. However, many things started to happen. Financial issues, I’m always worried and stressed to make more money, school (taking 21 units), sometimes I have family who bring food at home (either don’t wanna be rude and say no but I also can’t resist), and more personal problems that I don’t wanna give too much details. I really wanna go back to paleo and exercise, but school and work takes out all my energy that I simply can’t or lose my motivation. Can someone help me? Any motivation? Any tips?
