[question]carb amount/timing for workout
hey guys, ive been eating under 120g carbs per day on workout days since coming from under 50g per day. im unsure of if i should be eating carbs at dinner if i am working out that day and i have a higher carb meal around my workout. what do you guys do? whats a good carb amount for you on workout days vs non workout days?
