New to Paleo. What carb sources are ok?
I want to try this diet mainly to try cure social anxiety, low energy, eczema and psoriasis. I am curious as to what carb sources are low innflamatory and ok to eat? I want to have some carbs for workouts as ive trialed keto before and my workouts suffer hard.
Anyways; love to hear some tips from u guys thanks!
