Making dietary concessions for your kids
My three year old son is such a little Neolithic agriculturalist.
When he got on solids at 6 months, he would happily eat fat and protein with some choice carbs. But just lately he’s spitting out his meat and eggs.
Of course, kids can be picky eaters and they go through phases. What tweaks to paleo have you made for your kids to make sure they’re still getting a nutrient dense diet to support their growth and play?
