Is paleo doable for me with allergies?
Hi all, I’m really interested in paleo and I’ve half started the diet just a couple days ago. Only problem is, I’m allergic to nuts, all seafood except squid, avocados, dates, honey and have oral allergy syndrome so most fruit and veg I have to cook which is fine anyways. I see all these food suggested to make up for enough calories, which is important to me as I struggle with eating enough throughout the day plus I’m breastfeeding. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can follow this diet healthily (doesn’t have to be strict adherence).
