There is a youtuber called The Cocoa Queen who lives entirely on goat milk, plus fatty plant foods (nuts, seeds, avocados, coconuts etc). Avoids eggs and meat entirely. Do you think she can sustain this long term?

Eats no fruit or veg either. My concern is lack of vitamin C and iron.
