Hello, it’s my first day here.
Been working out and eating “healthy” for several years since a teen. I’ve heard about Paleo diet and it seemed like it was worth learning about. Read the sticky, which brought me to this link http://www.gnolls.org/1141/eat-like-a-predator-not-like-prey-paleo-in-six-easy-steps-a-motivational-guide/ which was great. My favorite part was this one on exercise intensity:
“Imagine this: every time you get hungry, you and your six closest friends have to chase down an antelope or spear a mammoth—and if you can’t, none of you get to eat. That is the required intensity.”
Excited to get started on this journey.
