Lost 5.4kg in 3 weeks, should i eat more?

While I’m trying to lose weight i want to do so a healthy way, losing weight fast in the beginning while my body adjusts is fine, but this seems too much. All my knowledge says i should lose around 500g a week max, I’m not particularly hungry or anything, but I’m not sure if this is a safe rate to lose weight at.

Should I eat more or will it even out over time.
