Is it paleo to just eat meat and vegetables? But no carbs really?
In the morning I have been making a smoothie with banana, blueberries, walnuts, almond mild, whey. Other than this, I haven’t really been eating any carbs. The rest of my meals are vegetables and meat.
Is this paleo?
