Too many almond products? Substitutes?
I’m brand new to Paleo and thought I had it figured out by subbing anything dairy for almond milk, any peanut butter for almond butter, and I was going to start baking with almond flower. After reading around it seems like too much almond products causes a host of issues for people. Is there another product I could rotate in that tastes as good or is as diverse as almond milk and almond butter? A better flour for cooking with? Thanks!
