SOS how to stay committed!!

Hi! I’m at 22(f) that’s been paleo-ish to help regulate hormones and PCOS. Now that I’m entering real life, especially post-quarantine, I’ve been finding it difficult to stick to eating what’s right for my body. Does anyone else relate or have tips to keep a routine when you’re on the move for work/family??
