Pumpkin seeds - hard to digest
Hi everyone! I always assumed that it was nuts that were usually giving people a hard time when it came to digestion (myself included), while seeds should be somewhat better. However, I’ve been noticing that pumpkin seeds (without shells) are very hard on my digestion. They almost immediately cause bloating, fatigue, and the overall sense that the food eaten along with them is just sitting there in the stomach for a very long time. Tried to soak them overnight, it didn’t change much. The same is true for sunflower seeds, by the way, and almost any nut. Does anyone follow a healthy diet without nuts and/or seeds? Thanks!
