Comparison help!
My wife and I did Keto through most of 2020 and lost a lot of weight. I’ve put on some weight but been hitting the gym way more.
So paleo seems good bc I can still get the carbs for weight lifting but also the low carb life.
Wondering if anyone has gone from keto to paleo or has lifting experience?
