Why does paleo diet get so much shit?
I’ve recently learned about paleo diet and it seems like the ideal diet for humans. It’s literally what we ate for most of our existence, but when I search for paleo diet on youtube all I get is “paleo diet debunked” “dangers of paleo diet” “Paleo got it wrong!”
How can eating natural meat, fruit, roots, berries and vegetables be wrong?
what is the actual argument of these people thinking you can’t stay alive without processed food and bread?
