What’s the consensus on non-sweet potatoes?

I’ve been subbing in sweet potatoes about 90% of the time when I have a potato element to my meals… but there is a 10% of the time when I just want a damn Russet or Yukon potato instead 😂

Are these considered paleo to you guys? Would it be awful if I leaned into non-sweet potatoes a bit more often?
