Is Paleo mainly fat or protein?
So I’m trying out paleo, and I understand the gist of it, eat natural foods, avoid most dairy, but was wondering: is it mostly fat or protein?
Does it really matter if I eat a little more of one than the other for my daily calorie needs as long as I keep to paleo-safe foods?
I understand keto is based on mostly fat few carbs and a good amount of protein, but was wondering what the case would be for paleo.
