Hey everyone, this week I have started my first ever paleo diet. I would like to know your experience on how you meal prep and how you decide on the quantity. I would like to know the quantity for two people and how to alternate different recipes each day with minimal Cooking( breakfast,lunch,snack and dinner) since it looks like I am cooking often and its tiring Thank you
