Newbie
I’ve been following paleo strictly for the last few weeks. One thing I’ve noticed is that my energy during workouts is great, outside of workouts though…blah. Tired and sore. I also seem to have a slight brain fog. I track my macros, I’m always well hydrated, sleep 8 hours. Is this common in the beginning or am I just doing it wrong?
