No cook/hot weather recipes?

I need help/inspiration. Using the oven makes my apartment unbearably hot, and I’m not allowed to have a grill on the balcony. So, I only have a little camp grill that I can hide. Not big enough for whole meals.

Bonus points for recipes that are good for meal prep/bringing to work!
