[QUESTION] Bone Broth
Should you top off the water as it boils down? Does this just result in less densely nutritious broth but make more broth? Or should you just not touch it at all once you leave it to simmer and boil? My slow cooker might be a little too hot on “Low” for 36 hours, but I’m not sure how to tell. The first batch boiled down quite a bit though..
