A lot of changes are going on in my life right now, but daily #smoothiebowls are a refreshing constant π.

✨ Adding cereal to the bottom of the bowl before you pour your smoothie so you never run out of crunch factor. π
✨ Adding volume and creaminess without extra sugar by including frozen zucchini, spinach or other veggies. π€― I recently tried frozen steamed sweet potato and it was a winner!
✨ Adding @foodsalive chia powder or chia seeds for plant based protein and an even thicker texture π
✨ And, of course, toppings are a must! They help make sure I take my time “chewing” the smoothie (instead of slurping it down π). My go-to’s are nut butter (love @sunbutter and @juliesreal), granola (@grandyoats, @beefreeglutenfree are two faves) and fruit! π
