[Question] Feeling satiated
Hey everyone , I’ve come from an extremely carb heavy diet . At certain times I just crave sweets / savoury biscuits . Just wondering if anyone has any tips for nipping these cravings in the butt ? I’m also very prone to snacking so wondering if anyone has any good snack ideas or ways to stop these urges ?
Also how can I decipher the difference between feeling satiated and full ? As I’m much used to the latter . Mainly doing this to try help gut issues / feel better overall
