It’s actually feeling a bit Springy outside today (we’re in the 40s, y’all 🤯), do throwing it back to this springy porridge bowl from undergrad.
My system can’t tolerate even gluten free oats in large amounts 😝 so my go-to porridge recipe is 2 tbsp of buckwheat flakes (for texture and taste), 2 tbsp of rice flakes (to save on the cost of buckwheat flakes 😅🤷🏻♀️) and 1 tbsp chia seeds with looots of spices and toppings 😍.
Today’s a busy day of freelance work and errands for me…but I did bake some 💣 cookies yesterday, so I’m looking forward to my night snack 😏.
